Judah is a 3 year old registered quarter horse gelding and is one of the 2025 Horseman’s Mission Makeover colts.
Over the last few months he has gotten plenty of experience on trails, riding in different arenas, and traveling to new places. He has been hauled many hours at a time and is an easy and happy traveler. Take him on camping trips, to town, or on a casual trail ride, Judah doesn’t disappoint.
He quietly rides out alone or with a group. In the arena he is soft in the bridle and responds well to your seat and leg cues.
He has been started on liberty work and also the lay down.
He thrives on having a job and shows potential to go in any direction.

Hip#s 15-19 are this year's Makeover Challenge Colts. The Makeover Colt Challenge has been designed as an opportunity for young, up-and-coming trainers to showcase their abilities. The trainers are challenged by starting an untrained 3 year old AQHA gelding in only 5 short months. On May 3rd, the selected 5 trainers purchased these colts from Norman Yoder's farm in Zearing, IA as halter-broke only.

All Makeover Challenge Colts will compete in a Ranch/Trail Class (judged on horsemanship and horses confidence) on Friday after the Sale Horse Preview. 🏆 1st place in the Ranch/Trail class wins $2,500.00, 2nd place wins $1,250.00 and 3rd place wins $750.00 🏆.
